Very friendly staff, really good fish and chips, wings, burgers, and weekend breakfasts WITH FRIED BALONEY - YEAH! The decor is tired but just like what you would find in small town Newfoundland. The washrooms are clean. If you go there just to eat, especially in the evenings and on weekends, be prepared for lots of rowdy barflies - this is very much a neighbourhood bar with loyal regulars. My husband and I have been a customer at the Oak on March Road since the first day they opened their doors. We have been patrons ever since, loved the staff for their friendly attitude, and the way they have cared over the years for their clients. Today this atmosphere has not changed and the staff, although younger are ever so caring and warm towards their customers.
