terrible
It is too bad there is a no star rating. We called for a quote, then found someone to fix our garage door. I called back to cancel my appointment and was told I was rude for cancelling MY QUOTE and that he needs to do buisness too.. After getting a strip torn out of me, I was hung up on. If that is how customers are treated, I am ASTOUNDED they have been in buisness this long.
