The Brick

We purchased a microwave this week. When we purchased it the salesman said if there was any issues we had 48 hours to return it. Brought it home and noticed the box had a huge dent in it. Opened it up and there was a huge dent on the top and side of the microwave. Husband returned the microwave the following day. Found the salesman that we had dealt with the day before. He said he could only give us a store credit. We finally got the credit to our card. Never going there again

Brick Review I attended the Hamilton Mountain location located at 1441 Upper James St. on two occasions the first on was on Sunday February 21st, 2021 at approximately 3:30pm. When I arrived I was greeted by someone working the door and asked my Covid screening questions and allowed inside. Long story short we received damaged and cheap quality furniture we wanted to return for even just credit for different set. We emailed many times and spoke to several people and kept getting the run around to be finally told sorry can’t help you. Terrible customer service.
