A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent. This was the second time they have proven their integrity and honesty. OK TIRE is much better than just OK. Kudos to Keith and the team Lire plus

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate. Highly recommend Kal Tire New West Thank you! Lire plus

I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to.
