I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more.
