Being new to Barrie we were very satisfied with Affordable Comfort’s response when we experienced no heat from our furnace. When the technician, Mathew Jones was on the way to our house we were very impressed to receive a brief personal introduction with his photo, which provided a level of security, comfort and confidence. Mat was thorough in examining and diagnosing the issue with our furnace and solved the problem. He also was helpful in answering all our questions.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. If you want an excellent and HONEST repair service this is the place to go. Our furnace was improperly diagnosed by one of the big repair services with them trying to sell us a new furnace. Our furnace is only 8 years old.
Barrie Furnace Repair came in and replaced our broken fan, cleaned out our system and even cleaned the manifold at a very reasonable price. He fixed problems left behind by other repair people!
The service is quick, accurate, honest and does not break the bank. Barrie Furnace is now our "go to" for help with our heating and air-conditioning!
