Jane is outstanding. Proactive, follow through questions, provide right information in timely fashion. Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help!
