Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. I was impressed to see a sign showing he won the compounding pharmacy award for the year 2018. I congratulated him and wished him luck for 2019. Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.

It is the best Pharmacy I have ever seen. The owner is really nice and helpful. I know they are the best in methadone program. Very organized in delivering your dose. For receiving your incentive, allowance and commission do not talk with their pharmacists instead you can talk to drivers either with the owner directly. My pleasure to help.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

I used to go to the other Fraser street location but since this one opened I'm a customer for life! They have a bigger selection of food and cosmetics. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they carry ethnic foods too!

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The team at Parkgate were able to negotiate a complex change in the medical coverage provided by my former employer. I am so glad I switched to this Pharmacy.
