Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. Had our service truck breakdown at Blairmore. Called Mountain Valley Automotive and they had a mechanic come out right away. Got our service truck running and were able to determine the root cause of the issue within minutes. Friendly crew and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend them to all our staff and customer that are in the area to contact them if you have any automotive issues.

I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.

Was looking for a new catalytic converter and they had the best prices in Lethbridge, by far! I had the option of bringing my own parts in if i wanted which is great! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. They had a very flexible schedule when i booked my appointment. This was the first mechanic i talked to that didnt make me feel like i was being ripped off!

I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly

Murray at North Hill Services suggested the probable solution to a problem, that the
previous owner had been unable to have diagnosed at other garages, and at the dealer.
The job was completed on schedule and to the quoted price.
And - the problem was cured.
