We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Bechthold Home Improvements provided us with a variety of window options to suit our needs (old windows were drafty). The crew that installed the windows were efficient and cleaned up after the installation was done. The day after the windows were installed, I had to turn down the thermostat as the new windows are working like a charm.

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future!
