I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. We couldnt be happier with our new garden door & they even went the extra mile and installed a handle similar to our front door when one wasnt provided. The attention to detail is incredible!

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will continue to use him in the future and highly recommend his work.

This business has been the most positive experience working with any contractors. I needed new windows in the entire house. I had a couple of larger companies come out and quotes were unreasonably expensive for a small town house. I was referred to A&W by a friend who had used them. The same person that came out to do the quote was the same person who installed all of the windows. To me that means everything. Someone who had been in the business for YEARS and still took pride in his work.
