I use this UPS location aprox. 2-5 times a week for our business, I can honestly say I look forward to stopping in sending out packages or even just picking up mail. This is a Small business that does it right, they dont do all types of design work, so I had to source that elsewhere for one project, but the communication during the process and the expectation set for timeframe was bang on! I will not print elsewhere from now on, I found them after being messed over by another local printer, so please beware. Their price was excellent as well (far below what the last scam business had charged me).

This Alicos location is the best in the city! One of the staff there, Sully, is such a delight to work with. She ensures that the print jobs are done on time (even before they are needed!). Her calm and confident energy ensures that the task will be done with efficiency and attention to detail. I literally will never go to another print shop in this city, as long as this location is open! I highly recommend bringing your business here as they take pride in good quality customer-service!
