Each of my query's was met with a professional and accurate answer that helped with ability to be able to both choose and make sure I was able to have a fireplace that I wanted and was right for the room. Linda went above and beyond in helping me find a gasket for my old model Kingsman fireplace. Not only did she order the part from the factory in Winnipeg, but also arranged a courier to expedite the process. To top it off, when the part arrived at Encore’s location in Langley, she coordinated with their sales representative to drop it off at my home in Burnaby! Thank you for terrific service!
