My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great . Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
