Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)
