I have been with PoCo Groomers for about 12 years. I had tried other groomers but was upsets about nicks, razor burns and not doing the proper cut. That hasn't happened since I switched.
Also, Tammy was fantastic a few years ago, when my older dog escaped and was subsequently hit by a car, she needed special handling after her surgeries, and probably for the rest of her life as she was unable to stand for extended periods.

Our dog loves the staff and doctors here, and he is very fussy. He has received great care.

We were pretty impressed with the service here. My wife and I did their viewing appointment before we booked our 2 little dogs to stay here. While there we asked all the questions we had, and filled out all the paper work making it easy when it was time to drop them off. The kennels were fairly spacious and really clean. The couple running the business just genuinely seemed very nice and to really care for animals. We always prefer supporting mom and pop places too which is a plus here!

My family have taken our pets here for probably about 20 years. Staff and service are great. They are reasonably priced, and don't try to up sell you on meds, ect that aren't necessary (unlike so many vets these days....). It's not fancy, but it's honest, good pet care.
