This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

I was referred by two mechanics and the service manager at Canadian tire to go to bull frog. They were spot on with the diagnosis of the problem, the fixed my rear diff (new seals and bearings) did a full test run, checked all my fuses and electrical connections, and told me that my E-Lockers actuator had seized. If it hadn't been for bull frog and their amazing tech jason I wouldn't have known. All this for half the cost of what everyone else was quoting me. I highly recommend bullfrog.
