After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Usually I don’t post reviews, but he saved me a lot of money and a lot of time. We need more honest and good people in this world.

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!
