First visit, needed a battery replaced immediately. They had it there within 5 minutes of my arrival, tested the old one no charge, installed the new one and had me on my way really quickly. The bill was a lot less than I thought it was going to be on the labor end, usually where one is gouged lol, which was a delightful surprise. The shop is clean, there is a Keurig coffee machine, the people are pleasant and helpful, and I highly recommend this place. They are now our family mechanic.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Not surprisingly, many go there with their vehicles as well, & had the same things to say about them. I value honesty in a repair shop & am worry-free when I drop off vehicles

Small shop with some excellent honest mechanics. My car broke down and I was in town just for a few days and the Brown Cub team got me in and fixed the problem right away. Not only that but they came and picked me up at my hotel so I could get my car back.

Sais le premier garage que jai emmener ma voiture quand je me suis installer et ils m ont impressionner sur leurs honnêtetées et prix et on ne voit cela que une fois aux dix ans mais eux sais a chaque fois et juste des bravo pour le garage claude deschamps et merci encore 1000 fois a vous tous.

super honest-explains in plain english-outstanding service-been a client for about 10-12 years-20 kms from my home-worth the drive-never let down or surprised-satisfaction garranteed ,trust me,i do my own work-when i can't handle it ,i send our cars here-been ripped off by joe blow too many times-they won't sell or repair what is not broken or needed --use to tow for them-and noticed how they treat the people-try them and you will be a repeat customer-never met an unsatified person so far-i always talk to the other clients,when i'm there-every one is very happy with the super service and price-they treat you like a friend-from my towing days ,i could not recomend any one else-i've seen them all-pay joe blow lots for unacesary repair charges or come here-no more to say-you'll have to experience it your self-by the way i also worked at a few garages and was told not to talk to the customers,because i was too honest (boss told me,if they can afford a BMW ,they can afford said repairs-the only time the tires and/or parts are no longer good is when the warranty was up-thank you for reading

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

Je fais affaire avec Glen pour mon Honda Pilot depuis 3 ans et je n'ai que des bons commentaires. Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.
