I am not a regular customer. I dropped I. To see if they could help me with a car problem.
They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. They also would not let me pay for their time to take a good look. I dealt with Peter. He was solid and I am very grateful and impressed with their customer service.

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!
