I found the wallpaper that I've been looking for at the very reasonable price and didn't need to wait to pick it up. I got it, went home and my room got a new cozy look in 3 hours. A couple of rolls left were returned with no questions asked.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.
