Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

I had an issue with my Tv Google Box and when I went to Platinum PC, the owner fixed it so fast. He is really excellent in programming in and did it in under an hour. Very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this store for all your computer and technology needs
