might as well have been invisible...

after having bad service in the bar area here before, I'm not too sure why we decided to try again. Just as bad. It took 20 min for someone to come over to give us menus, another 20 min for someone else to bring us drinks, someone else brought our food (3 people serving us did not make the wait time faster, go figure) I don't understand when there are more empty tables then there are full, how we should have to flag someone down for a refill or why there's any wait time at all. hands down worst service i've had in a really long time. i will not be going back to this location, i don't have enough time to waste

Good Overall Experience

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

sometimes it's all about location...and this one each time i've been has TERRIBLE service and awful food. last time we were there it took almost 30 min for a waitress to come over to see if we wanted drinks, she came over as we were getting ready to leave asking us if we were trying to run out on our bill. we had to inform her we hadn't even been given the choice to order yet. Why we stayed, i'll never know. Stromboli's are so greasy, it'll drip down your arm, filled pastas were dry/freezer burnt and the fries were cold. Definitely will not be going back.

Decent Food, Decent Service, Far Too Expensive...

Well I will be brief, the servers are as good as any place that employs students...hit & miss. There is no doubt that the food is good, no doubt that the food arrives at your table in a respectable amount of time. But the "bang for the buck" rating of Boston Pizza would be about a 2/3 out of 10. $15 to $25 for a pizza....come on we all know pizza costs $2 to make. The pasta was good, the parm was good...but I cringe at paying $16 for a pizza that my wife is going to eat half of.

too expensive for what you get

A $50 dinner that left me wishing I'd stayed in to cook instead. spring rolls - best part of the meal, they were actually pretty good if a little greasy. But hey, it's fried. pizza - mediocre at best salad - drowning in dressing soda - Staff kept the glass full, so points for that.
