terrible. Food took to long, was gross and stale and overpriced AND my friend found a nice longggg hair entangled in her fries. I want to barf just thinking about it.
Bad service and subpar food. 5 pm on a Wednesday trying to order a second glass of wine while eating dinner and was told "one drink per order" we left and went across the street. Save your money and headache not a place to sit and visit with friends and family.
Had dinner there tonight and was very dissapointed There were so many flies around our table while trying to eat our meal, we were constantly having to shoo them away. Pointed this out to the waitress and her comment was, well summer is almost over so should get better...really will not be going back there again
We order from here for work somewhat regularly and I am never satisfied with my meal. I personally refuse to visit the restaurant because I have experienced and witnessed some disgusting occurences (more on that later). To be fair, our orders are almost always for delivery, so you should take this with a grain of salt when I say that the buns end up chewy and the baked potatoes/fries do not taste that fresh when they arrive. However, delivery time has nothing to do with two separate occurences when a member of our group received hair (!) in our chicken wraps. Gross and completely unacceptable.
I had to respond to the previous review, complaining of lousy take-out service, as just recently I had the opposite experience, at the same location! About 3 weeks ago, I ordered takeout from this location over the phone. When my BF returned with the order, the large extra sauce was missing. I understand that mistakes happen, but as far as I am concerned there is no point eating Swiss Chalet chicken if you don't have lots of their unique (and delicious) sauce, so I was a bit upset...especially since I paid extra for a large side! I called to complain... The young lady that took my call was extremely pleasant and apologetic. She immediately offered a deiivery driver to bring us the large sauce, and he was there in probably 5-7 minutes, with *2* large sauces and a sincere apology on behalf of the restaurant. He even seemed reluctant to accept a tip, but I was so impressed that I insisted. I was incredibly pleased by this quick and effective resolution of the error, and we both really enjoyed our meals. Will definately order again! Thank you!
