They do not stand behind their products or service, they don't even listen to your concerns, they are just too busy for real customer service.

The tires they installed were deflating after only 2 months. I walked in and was rudely cut off by the service rep before I could even describe the issue saying "Don't even bother saying what the problem is, we're booked for 2 weeks". I asked if they don't stand by their product then and he said "oh you're going to pull that card?". Extremely unprofessional abhorrent behavior. Will never be bringing my car there again.

Had a good experience at this shop. Came to them with a problem with my car, they seem to have strictly concentrated on that problem and communicated with me really well in timely matter as I went on with my day unlike some of the other shops that find 5 other problems unrelated and nothing to do with the original problem.And this guy's got it right the first time as I had a starting problem,they got it fixed and now my car starts and runs better.Kinda pricey but hey, it's a business not charity
