Don’t know why other reviewers have had problem. We bathe our dogs here all the time and they are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. And their bathing facilities are fabulous. Want to keep that our secret!

Very rude staff. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly, professional, clean! Definitely a first-rate pet store (They even remembered my name!). Great selection - and if what you need is sold out, they get it FAST. Other stores "order" and it takes weeks or more, and sometime never arrive early. Pet Valu has always come through for us, and we will definitely be making this our regular pet store. ??

This place has the WORST service I have experienced. The store was empty, as it often is when I drive buy but in an effort to support local businesses I decided to drop in. They were no help and did not have what I was looking for. Very lazy and rude! If you are thinking of going here stick to PET SMART - they are always helpful. Also this place is very overpriced!
