Very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception desk and the insurance representatives themselves. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

If you want my advice, go with a broker who actually puts effort into doing a good job and keeping their customers informed, because this unorganized mess of a company would rather wait until a problem happens than keep you in the clear from the get go. So go with a different broker so you dont have to deal with unexpected payments and hassle. Hopefully you can find one far more professional, has great communication with each other and the various insurance companies, and is better trained.
