Had a very satisfactory introduction to Orchard Ford. Sales was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and though the experience expensive it was fair. Some of the options we thought were included were not but overall the truck was equipped to our liking and sales stepped up and covered most of the minor missed items. I was also met by the most helpful and knowledge insurance broker I have ever come across and who was the icing on the cake.
