First time customer. Very friendly people. Friendly service. Didn't have enough for it but they still helped me out. Great service. Great people. Definitely recommend.

Terrible service and management just does not care about its cliental. Was quoted one price but when the employee arrived, I was charged three times the price and the job was poorly done. Wont go back to this company again.

This early morning around 1:00 am, technically New Year's Day, but really New Year's Eve, minus 30-plus below when I called Winnipeg Pure Locksmith from my neighbour's house - I couldn't unlock my house door. The fellow who answered told me the locksmith would be by as soon as he could, maybe 20 to 30 minutes. He was at my house 25 minutes from the time the call ended. THANKS for the quick, honest & non-gouging service ! No mystery as to which locksmith I'll use henceforth or recommend !

Had a shed door that wouldnt open this morning, technician was out within the hour and made the existing locking mechanism work instead of upselling me a new one. Prompt, polite and job is done to my satisfaction. Rates are reasonable, I highly recommend Winnipeg Pure Locksmith.
