Destroyed an artwork we had shipped with them. First they agreed to cover half of the damages after receiving an estimate from a professional conservator but after they began to ignore then straight up refuse to help rectify the situation.I have complete email correspondence to illustrate their negligence.
Had to ship something urgent to arrive before Christmas, went in on Friday December 22nd and they got it there the next morning just on time for Christmas, my nephews were so thrilled. Great service guys
