There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glen Campbell Of Action Appliance for the past twenty years. Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. He goes out of his way to ensure his appointment leaves as little disruption to your life as possible. I have always found his work to be completed in a timely manner, but more importantly only the work required is completed.
Glen is without a doubt friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable in his field, I would not hesitate to refer the services of Glen Campbell and Action Appliance as I know without question you will be pleased.

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Because of my experience with this business, I have become a repeat customer.

Very pleased with overall service especially when outfit (Sears!) where I bought the unit couldn't set up a service appointment for 5 days and then I would have had to pay fee for showing up and confirm what I already knew-compressor was bad; then who knows how long to repair. Called All Tech and Perry was able to order the compressor and install within a day. Said it would take a couple of hours and he rearranged his schedule to fix it on a Friday evening!Price and service fee were fair-much better that buying a new refrigerator- 1 year warranty on service and compressor. Recommended.
