I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children.
