They return calls, provide prompt service, and keep you updated, unlike some others in this area. I had to replace my furnace during heating season, and Tim worked 12 hours straight to get it done. Great service at a time we needed it most. Flood waters stormed our basement and hit our furnace. I called Hy-Pro and the next day on a Saturday they were in and had the furnace up and going. Also pointed out and fixed some fittings and valves that werent to code. Thanks again guys

Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union).
