I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. Had a real problem with dryer. Was really plugged.
Had two other companies look at the problem, with no results.
Called Supreme at 8 am this morning.
Supreme solved the problem by 4.30pm

Matt came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and was able to fix my Napoleon Stove. He was able to convert it from LP to NG and then set it up and get it working. Other guys I called were not interested in doing the conversion suggesting it would be a difficult fix. Matt had it all done in 2.5 hours and his price was very fair, plus he works clean which was very appreciated.

We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!
