Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. I'm super glad we went with XLNC. Our couch just arrived and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get it up to our appartment. The couch seems really high quality and we got it at a much better price than typical big box stores,it took a while to get delivered but it was well worth the wait, thanks guys!

I live in Edson, Alberta and want to pass on the excellent service that was given to me at the Brick. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!

Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.
