Very happy with the final product
After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! Ian installed and framed in a linear fireplace for us. He was always so accommodating and his workmanship was superb. He strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with his work and was very knowledgeable about fireplaces and construction details and worked very well with our other contractors to always help,us out.

My gas fireplace wasn't functioning correctly, I called the Gas Fireplace Doctor and Bob helped me troubleshoot over the phone first, we discovered it needed service, he was the here the same day and fixed it on the spot, I would highly recommend Bob the fireplace doctor.
