I have to say I can find insurance a little overwhelming. But when I bought my house Dean Coulter made me comfortable and offered me chances to ask questions. Six months later after some fog cleared I needed some things clarified and advice on bundling my insurance. I felt silly but Dean said no question is a silly question. A couple of days ago I emailed or left voicemail for 8 local electricians looking for a part.
One replied to my email, but H.County Electric was the only one who called back.
They were unable to find the part for me, but I appreciated that they took the time to follow up with their suppliers, and then had the courtesy to call me.
